How do I activate my warranty?

To activate your warranty, please click the link HERE or scan the QR code below, or on the card that was included in your shipment. From this link, have your order number ready (it should be in your order confirmation email) and simply fill out the information on the form. Once the form is filled out, you will be emailed a separate confirmation email with your warranty information.

How do I claim my warranty?

For warranty claims, please contact our Customer Service Team via live chat, email or phone support. Contact details can be found here. A Customer Service representative will be able to assist you and start the process for your claim. 

What does my warranty cover?

Your lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects. Please be informed that defective products are subject for replacement, not a refund. For further information, please contact our customer service team via live chat or email and provide the picture and the details of your defective product.
