What is the delivery time?

Our order processing and delivery for the vast majority of customers take 10- 15 days from the date you placed your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details. Due to the global pandemic and general supply chain and logistics challenges, some of our products may occasionally ship later than expected. If this happens, you will be alerted by email of the delay. We encourage you to contact our support center anytime you experience a delay. This holiday season especially is presenting some temporary shipping challenges, but we can assure you our team will provide all assistance possible to make your shopping experience satisfactory. Do you deliver to my country?

If your country is not in the dropdown list on our checkout page, unfortunately, we do not ship to that country. We recommend visiting our website regularly and check from time to time to see  if your country has been added.

How can I change my shipping address?

For changes to your address, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Form.

Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been picked and packed at our logistics center. 

As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we aim to fulfill and ship your order as soon as possible! Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make any modifications.

My tracking link doesn’t work. What should I do?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with an assigned tracking number once the product is shipped. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to show activity.

If your tracking number does not work  make sure that all numbers and letters are correct. My order is stuck at customs. What should I do?

We recommend contacting the customs office to see what may be required from you. Once you have reached out to the customs office and your issue hasn’t be solved, you may reach out to our Customer Service Team through our Contact Form to see what options are available and what steps need to be taken.
